Expand opportunity for all in the changing economy by connecting people with the resources, training, mentorship, education, and career development needed to discover, launch and grow sustainable careers.
Our vision
We envision a world where people of color have the access and opportunity to achieve their greatest potential and are proportionally represented as executives, founders, VCs, board members, and leaders in their chosen career path.
Purpose
For this vision to come to pass, we need to walk around and remove institutional barriers and conditioning that limits the greatest potential and imposed identity. We are here to make that happen and help people develop their undiscovered skills, talents, and abilities and provide opportunities for economic advancement through pathways to sustainable careers.
